Without these figures Tony cannot act…īeing conservative, assuming you only work an 8 hour day, you get 25 days holiday a year and a good compliment of public holidays you will work about 55,000 minutes in a year. An act of love – tough love as Tony would put it - to get our country running the way we need it. This is a movement designed to cause positive change. Time we could be using to make money, to pay taxes, to foot the bills. Equally importantly we are asking to be paid for the time we have lost. We are focusing his attention on a vital issue and giving him the tools to extract the money he needs from the man next door. By invoicing Tony for the costs we are having to carry every time the transport system lets us down we are providing him with the metrics he needs to justify expenditure on the network. That is what the Tony you owe me campaign is about. We understand the pressures on the treasury to show return on investment.

To fix a problem needs commitment – and money.īut we are pragmatists. What we are seeing is a complex problem – a public transport system that is straining with the load it is being asked to bare, and suffering from a chronic long term lack of love and attention. Time spent pacing platforms, and trying to get facts out of under-siege Transport workers is time lost. Each time we are stuck in a tube, unable to call our clients, our reputation – and therefore our bottom line – is hit. Each cancelled train impacts our business. Moving around London, and to clients in and around the South East we all to often find out best laid plans thwarted. What’s more we suffer the symptoms of the malaise in the system as it is ourselves. To help improve our creaking transport public system – the arteries of our society.Īs a small business committed to making a difference we realise that mobility is the key to a dynamic productive society. That’s why we are launching the “Tony, you owe me system”. His passion and commitment is inspiring to behold.īut – like any leader – the problems he is being confronted with are often easier to define than solve. He wants to forge a dynamic, entrepreneurial society that can compete on the world stage. He understands the need to harness the creative power of our inventive people. And we believe he is the right prime minister for the time. Make a difference … and earn some cash to boot
